What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners about how visitors use their sites.
Cookies cannot execute programs or deliver viruses to your computer. They are uniquely assigned to your browser and can only be read by the web server that set them.
In addition to cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as:
- Web beacons (pixel tags): Tiny transparent images embedded in emails or pages to track whether an email has been opened or a page visited.
- Local storage: A mechanism for storing data in your browser that persists across sessions, used for remembering your application state.
- Session storage: Similar to local storage but cleared when your browser session ends.
References to "cookies" in this policy include all of these similar technologies unless specified otherwise.

Third-Party Cookies
In addition to our own cookies, ResolveX may use cookies set by carefully selected third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform. These third parties are contractually required to comply with applicable data protection laws and to use the data only for the purposes we specify.
Analytics Providers
We may use anonymised analytics tools to understand Platform usage. These tools do not collect any personally identifiable information and all data is aggregated. Where Google Analytics is used, we have configured it with IP anonymisation enabled and data sharing controls applied.
Hosting and Infrastructure
Our cloud infrastructure providers may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the Platform. These are essential cookies over which we have limited control, but they do not track users for commercial purposes.
No Advertising Networks
ResolveX does not work with advertising networks, social media trackers, or any third party that places cookies for the purpose of building advertising profiles or tracking you across the internet. You will never see ResolveX-placed ads following you on other websites.
Managing Your Cookies
Through Our Cookie Banner
When you first visit the ResolveX website, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can choose to accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage your preferences individually. You can update these preferences at any time by visiting the Cookie Settings section in your account profile or by clicking the cookie preferences link in the footer of our website.
Through Your Browser
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers are provided below:
Cookie Duration
Cookies we use fall into two categories based on how long they last:
- Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. We use session cookies for authentication tokens and security functions.
- Persistent Cookies: These remain on your device after your browser is closed, for a defined period. We use persistent cookies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in across visits (if you choose), and for analytics purposes. The specific duration of each persistent cookie is listed in the table in Section 04.
You can delete all cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please refer to Section 06 for instructions specific to your browser.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following choices regarding cookies on the ResolveX Platform:
- Accept All: Accept all cookie categories including functional and analytics cookies. This provides the best experience of the Platform.
- Reject Optional: Decline all non-essential cookies. Essential cookies will still be set as they are required for the Platform to function.
- Manage Preferences: Choose exactly which cookie categories you accept, with granular control over functional and analytics cookies.
- Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@useresolvex.com.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data via cookies where that processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our use of cookies evolves or in response to changes in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through a banner on the Platform or by email.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If we introduce new cookies that require your consent, we will ask for that consent before placing them.
